A designated usher from each Sunday Mass serves as the Devout10 coordinator, briefly checking in with participants after Mass, encouraging them, and recording their progress. Each church keeps a simple binder with one page for every participant, recording Mass attendance, Acts of Service, and the date each act was completed.

After completing the commitment for three consecutive months, participants receive their Devout10 lapel Pin or keychain publicly at the end of Sunday Mass. This creates a meaningful moment of recognition while naturally inspiring others to ask, “What is Devout10, and how can I join?” The pin continues the mission beyond the church walls by starting conversations and giving participants a natural opportunity to invite others to Mass, service, and their own Devout10 journey.
