What Is Reality Restored?

Reality Restored is a 15-session Christian recovery program by SmartGuy® that helps people overcome addiction by addressing the root causes rather than just the symptoms. Instead of focusing only on alcohol, drugs, pornography, gambling, or other destructive behaviors, the program helps you discover your true identity, replace lies with truth, strengthen your relationship with God, and build a new foundation for lasting freedom. Created with the help of people who overcame decades of addiction and homelessness, Reality Restored™ combines Christian wisdom, philosophy, practical psychology, and real-life experience to help you become the person God created you to be.

The program consists of 15 video sessions that are designed to be completed in order, with each session building on the one before it. Along the way, you'll reflect on important questions, apply practical principles to your own life, and develop healthy daily habits that strengthen long-term recovery. You'll learn how to recognize the false beliefs that keep you trapped, replace them with truth, depend more fully on God, forgive yourself and others, serve with purpose, and remain free one day at a time. Participants will also have the opportunity to join live Zoom sessions for encouragement, accountability, and questions, because lasting recovery is strengthened through truth, community, and consistent daily growth.
