Our Vision

Faith may bring you through the church doors, but friendship, purpose, service, and belonging can help you stay, grow, and become part of something greater than yourself. A strong church is more than a building filled with people attending the same Mass. It is a community where people know one another, care about one another, pray for one another, celebrate joyful moments together, and show up when someone is struggling.

Friendships do not always develop simply because people sit near each other every Sunday. Relationships grow when people have opportunities to talk, serve, help, mentor, encourage, and work toward something meaningful together. The Devout10 program creates those opportunities naturally, giving people a reason to move beyond a quick greeting and begin building genuine relationships through shared faith and service.

People want to know that their presence matters. A teenager may need encouragement, a young adult may need a mentor, a family may need support, a senior may need companionship, and a new parishioner may simply need someone to say, “Come join us.” Devout10 encourages people to notice one another and recognize that everyone has something to give and everyone, at some point, needs someone else.

When people form genuine relationships, they are more likely to participate, volunteer, serve, invite others, and become active members of the church community. One connection can lead to another, creating a culture where people do not simply attend Mass together but know one another, help one another, and grow in faith together.
